Your Agreement with the Platform

Welcome to phlove33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "You") and phlove33 ("Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phlove33.co and its associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your individual capacity.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from phlove33 or had a phlove33 account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of phlove33, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicitly authorized in writing by phlove33 management.

Each eligible person may open only one (1) phlove33 account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or under fictitious identities, is strictly prohibited. phlove33 reserves the right to suspend, merge, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to confiscate any associated balances where fraud, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation is detected.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. phlove33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You agree to notify phlove33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You may contact our support team via the live chat function on the platform.

• phlove33 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or assign your account to any other person.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• phlove33 staff will never ask for your password via any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Accounts left inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure at phlove33's discretion, subject to prior notice to your registered email or mobile number.

phlove33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phlove33 balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing time. phlove33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification of your identity and your registered payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. phlove33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) review thresholds.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified payment method registered under the same KYC-confirmed identity.
• phlove33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or payment methods belonging to another person.
• In the event of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment reversal initiated by the player without prior resolution attempt through phlove33 support, phlove33 reserves the right to suspend the account and recover all associated costs, including chargeback fees imposed by payment processors.

phlove33 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and bingo card giveaways. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the promotions page of the platform. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phlove33 promotional credits:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 25× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of bonus credit. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire and are forfeited after this window.
• Wagering using bonus funds counts differently across game types: slots and bingo typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games may contribute 10%–20%. Refer to individual promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-device, one-per-IP-address basis. Systematic bonus abuse across multiple accounts results in permanent forfeiture and account closure.
• phlove33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions do not constitute a contractual entitlement beyond the stated offer period.

All games available on phlove33 operate according to their published rules and pay tables. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot games. Live casino games use real physical cards and equipment — there is no software-generated outcome manipulation in live dealer titles.

By participating in any game on phlove33, you acknowledge and accept:

• That game outcomes in RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generation algorithms, producing results that cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
• That phlove33's published RTP figures represent statistical averages over large sample sizes, not guaranteed returns for individual sessions.
• That a wager once placed and confirmed in a completed round cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded except where a verifiable technical malfunction has affected the outcome of that specific round.
• That in the event of a technical malfunction or connection failure during a live casino round, phlove33 will apply the game provider's standard malfunction resolution procedure, which may result in round cancellation and stake return rather than payout of a displayed win.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlove33. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to fund forfeiture, legal action, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or creating accounts under fictitious identities.
• Money Laundering: Using phlove33 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin. phlove33 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and reports suspicious transactions to the AMLC.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting patterns designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash at zero or minimal risk (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting against yourself).
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted betting software, or any form of automated play tool not expressly authorized by phlove33.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real-time during live poker or other competitive formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for legitimate phlove33 transactions.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. phlove33 requires players to report discovered exploits to support rather than use them.

All content on the phlove33 platform — including but not limited to the phlove33 name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of phlove33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phlove33 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phlove33 content without our express prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlove33 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phlove33 platform.

phlove33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game, feature, or service. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency maintenance, and third-party infrastructure outages may affect platform availability.

phlove33 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phlove33, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, mobile number, government ID details, payment method information, device identifiers, IP address, and gameplay activity. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, promotional communications (with your consent), and regulatory reporting obligations under Philippine law.

phlove33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that empower players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players and can be configured in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a 72-hour cooling period applies to limit increases as a safeguard.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, access to real-money games is suspended until the limit period resets.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your access to real-money gaming for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — while retaining account access for balance review.

phlove33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• At the direction of a relevant regulatory authority or court order;
• Where continued account operation poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the phlove33 platform.

Upon account closure for cause, any promotional or bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the original deposit payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to phlove33, subject to satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phlove33 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days of closure confirmation, subject to standard KYC requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your phlove33 experience — including game outcomes, payment processing, account decisions, or promotional disputes — you should follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to phlove33 customer support via live chat on the platform, providing all relevant details including your account username, the date of the incident, the specific game or transaction involved, and a clear description of your concern. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the phlove33 Compliance Team. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 5–7 business days and a written determination will be provided.
3. Step 3 — Further Review: If your complaint remains unresolved after internal escalation, you may seek further recourse through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine consumer protection and gaming regulations.

phlove33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all legitimate complaints fairly and promptly. All decisions made by phlove33 following good-faith investigation of a complaint shall be treated as final and binding, subject to any right of further recourse available under Philippine law.

phlove33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to payment terms, bonus conditions, or prohibited conduct definitions — phlove33 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a notification on the platform and/or a message to your registered mobile number or email address.

Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, reformatting, or clarification of existing provisions — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" and "Version" information displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of phlove33 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the phlove33 platform, to the extent that such disputes cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13.

phlove33 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the standards issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their rights and obligations under applicable Philippine law.
